Product description:

Furniture anti-tip kits are preventive safety hardware kits that keep large, heavy objects from falling over and causing accidents. The kit is perfect for home settings with kids or busy areas such as commercial or business settings.

One bracket is installed on the wall and the other on the furniture, and they're connected with a galvanized steel aircraft cable.

Installation on Wood Furniture:

  1. Drill a small hole at the upper back of the furniture.
  2. Place the bracket on a flat surface. Put the cable in between the bracket holes and insert the clevis pin through the three holes. Then, secure the other side of the bracket hole with a locking pin.
  3. Mount the bracket to the underside of the furniture top by using the screws provided.
  4. Place the other end of the loop into the hole leading to the wall.

Wall Installation:

  1. Use a stud finder to find a stud in the wall. Then, drill a hole.
  2. Install the other bracket vertically by screwing it in place.
  3. Put the cable in between the bracket holes and insert the clevis pin through the three holes. Then, secure it with the locking pin.
