Each cleat is 1.25 inch tall. When interlocked the pair is 1.875 inches tall
Aluminum cleat is 3/64 inch thick and made of aircraft-grade aluminum
Wall standoff is 5/16 inch
Holes are one inch on center and alternate from large to small hole. Alternating holes allow you to easily level the cleat and/or use larger screws in studs. Small screw hole accommodates up to #8 screw and large screw hole accommodates up to #12 screw
You can cut aluminum cleats to smaller lengths with any carbide tip saw. Note, the weight supported is 60 pounds per linear foot of cleat
The flare shape of the cleat makes it easier to engage the two cleats and allows some flexibility on non-plumb walls
